Thank you for choosing PrettyStaceFace LLC! Please review the policies below. By booking, you agree to these terms. ⸻ Booking, Deposits & Card on File • A non-refundable deposit and a valid card on file are required to secure all appointments. • Your card will only be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. • The remaining balance is due at the time of service. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid charges. • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the remaining balance of the service. • One reschedule is allowed with 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a new deposit is required. ⸻ No-Shows • No-shows will be charged the full remaining balance and may be denied future bookings. ⸻ Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is offered. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply. • After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the full remaining balance will be charged. ⸻ Travel Services • A $25 base travel fee applies within 20 miles of Perry Hall, MD. • $1.50 per mile for distances beyond 20 miles. • A $20 traffic fee may apply during peak hours (6:30–9:00 AM and 3:30–6:00 PM). • Clients cover parking, tolls, and access fees. • Location changes must be approved by PrettyStaceFace LLC. • A $20 location change fee applies, and requests must be made at least 14 days before the appointment due to scheduling and travel considerations. • Location changes are not guaranteed and may be denied. ⸻ Sanitation & Health • All tools are sanitized between clients. • If you are ill, please reschedule. Services may be refused if you show symptoms. ⸻ Photos & Consent • Before/after photos may be taken for portfolio use. Notify us if you prefer not to be photographed. ⸻ Payments • Accepted forms: Cash, Zelle, and credit/debit cards (processing fees may apply). ⸻ Agreement By booking, you consent to all PrettyStaceFace LLC policies, including card authorization for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.
